2 weeks ago my research was at 92kg then 2 weeks later my reasearch are at 104.5 kg but leaner with lot definition!
Waist was 33 inches and now 31 inch but leaner and heavier.
Carnitine so far the best observation!
This is not a joke 10cc per day and the research are unbelievable. -
