I’ve been taking these pills for a week and a half . Today is the first day I’ll be taking the full dose and I’m already down 8lbs . I’ve been trying to stay in a calorie deficit but I’ve been at this weight for 2 years with diet and exercise and haven’t been able to break my plateau until now .
I’ll update when I complete the cycle with my weight loss amount .
