SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We ship our products quickly and securely, shipping rates are calculated at checkout and delivery times are estimates by the couriers we use, they are not guaranteed shipping times.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us first. 

To cancel an order, the parcel must not have entered processing, must not be in transit, and must be refused at delivery and returned in its original packaging. 

Please allow 30 days before contacting us regarding an undelivered package. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.

Shipping and return shipping costs (if any) are not refundable.
 
Refunds will be sent through the method of payment received for processing. Generally, this can take 1-5 days.

INCORRECT ITEMS

Every once in a while, there is a mistake with an order.
 
In this event contact us immediately and leave the package in original condition.
 

DAMAGED ITEMS IN SHIPMENT 

If you receive an order that is damaged, please contact us.
 
Please always contact us first because most issues we resolve very quickly.

MISSING PRODUCTS

If a product is missing from your order, then please contact us.
 
Once we can verify the legitimacy of the claim, then we will send the missing item to you.
 
All orders are documented and are photographed before shipping to avoid any fraudulent claims.

CHANGING YOUR ORDER

If your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to change your order,
please use the contact form, or respond to the order email sent to you and we will do our utmost to accommodate you. 
 
All Items are shipped safely and in a manner that ensures safe arrival.
