Terms and conditions
Terms are established by 99 SARMS (99sarms.com)
99 SARMS acknowledges receipt of Buyer’s order, and accepts Buyer’s order expressly conditional on Buyer’s assent to the terms and conditions herein contained, whether additional to or different from those in Buyer’s purchase order or any other form or document heretofore or hereafter supplied by Buyer to 99 SARMS.
All website prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Duty, applicable taxes, freight charges and any special packaging charges are excluded and will be added to the invoice. Products and prices are correct at the time of printing but are subject to change without notice. Current prices will be confirmed at the time an order is placed.
99 SARMS uses Canada Post mail services as specified on the buyer's invoice. Shipment of hazardous items is governed by the Ministry of Transportation and the International Air Transport Association (IATA). Products that require special packaging and conditions may incur additional charges per shipment. 99 SARMS adheres to all regulations governing the transportation of our products.
For USA based recipients, by purchasing any applicable product from 99 SARMS, you authorize 99 SARMS to act as your agent for the purpose of preparing Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) certification statements.
5. Errors and Omissions:
99 SARMS shall not be held responsible for any typographical and clerical errors which may be present on an order in the price or specifications contained herein.
99 SARMS considers quality an essential criterion for every product. All chemicals listed are subjected to exacting tests in our own quality control department to ensure quality. At time of purchase, the standard purity and physical constants stated in the analytical section and on our labels are typical values; they may vary slightly from batch to batch. If more information is needed concerning quality, please contact us.
Non-standard quality testing procedures could be performed with additional charges.
Product decomposition due to Buyer mishandling or improper storage is not warrantied.
7. Toxicity and Hazards:
All of our chemicals should be handled only by qualified personnel trained in laboratory procedure and familiar with the potential hazards.
Information may not be available on the possible hazards of many compounds. The absence of a warning must not be interpreted as indication or representation of safety.

99 SARMS bares no responsibility for the improper handling of any chemical. All goods sold by 99 SARMS carry the condition that liability for any injury, loss or damage whatsoever to persons or real property resulting from the purchase is at the sole responsibility of the buyer. Acceptance of our goods binds the Buyer to these terms.
99 SARMS Warrants that all compounds provided match the description and specifications as stated in our catalogue and on our certificates of analysis.
This warranty is exclusive, and seller makes no other warranty, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose or use.
99 SARMS's sole and exclusive liability and Buyer’s exclusive remedy with respect to products proved to 99 SARMS's satisfaction to be defective or nonconforming shall be the replacement of such products without charge or refund of the purchase price, at the sole direction of 99 SARMS, upon the return of such products in accordance with 99 SARMS's instruction. 99 SARMS shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or contingent damages.
Buyer must notify 99 SARMS within five days after the products have been received or such products shall be deemed to have been accepted.
For errors in ordering by the Buyer, no item will be accepted for return without a 99 SARMS issued return authorization number. Upon return, a restocking fee will be charged.
If delivery of a shipment to the Buyer is refused, a restocking fee of at least 30% (to a minimum of $150USD) will apply.
No license or immunity under any patent is granted or is to be implied by or from the sale of any product.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments:
Products are sold CIF – All duties/tariffs/taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
10. Order Changes/Cancellation
A client must request a cancellation of an active order in writing. If the production sequence has been initiated, a restocking fee may be charged.
In the event of a cancellation, 99 SARMS shall immediately stop all work and shall charge the Buyer a reasonable termination charge consisting of a percentage of the order price reflecting the percentage of the work performed prior to the notice of termination, plus actual direct costs resulting from termination.
99 SARMS reserves the right at any time to change, by written notification, quantity, drawings, designs, specifications, materials, packaging, time and place of delivery or method of transportation. If any change causes an increase or decrease in the cost or the time required for performance, an equitable adjustment shall be made and this order shall be modified by change order. 99 SARMS reserves the right to terminate this order or any part hereof at its sole convenience.
11. Use of Products:
99 SARMS’s products are intended primarily for laboratory research purposes, and unless otherwise indicated are not to be used for any other purposes.
Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold 99 SARMS harmless from and against any and all losses damages and expenses whatsoever or howsoever caused, arising from any use by Buyer of the product; and assumes all risk and liabilities resulting from the use of the products whether used individually or in combination with other products.
12. Patent Disclaimer:
The responsibility of all patent considerations in the use of our chemicals rests solely with the Buyer. Suggestions and recommendations for the use are not to be taken as a license to operate under or to infringe any patent.
